Recent Enhancements

The following updates to Recall have been implemented as of Monday, May 31, 2021:

  • Recall Ready Status Page
    • To improve visibility to users’ Recall Ready Status and associated dates, a Recall Ready section has been built which will provide real time updates on the Recall Ready Status, issue and expiry dates, call-to-action if the certificate is expired and an option to download applicable certificates to satisfy trading partner requirements.
  • Roll Up Reporting
    • Users now have the ability to consolidate retailer reporting data and make it visible back to the brand owners (reverse reporting). The access per trading partner can be customized by the receivers as necessary.
    • This enhancement eliminates the need for retailers to manually extract reports and ensures real-time updates are available to recall initiators, improving the overall speed to complete a recall.
  • Recall Change Logs
    • Users now have access to a comprehensive change log, highlighting the specific fields that have changed and require attention.
  • Abbreviated Internal Recall Distribution
    • Retailers can create short version of recalls with distribution limited to their internal locations in order to eliminate time required to complete attributes that may not be required for internal distribution, such as brand owner distribution areas, quantities shipped across the country, etc.
  • Recall and Incident Reporting will be fully compliant to AODA WCAG 2.0 AA requirements.
    • This ensures that Recall complies with the AODA regulatory requirements and users with accessibility needs are able to perform the intended actions within Recall and Incident Reporting with minimal or no external assistance.
  • Minor bug fixes and performance enhancements to allow for growing distribution needs to ensure the application SLAs are in accordance with our commitment to our subscribers.
