Users of ECCnet Recall will now have access to Action Center, a new console developed to help users identify notifications with pending action(s). Action Center will provide targeted guidance on steps required to complete and close a recall, based on the user type (eg: Initiator, Approver, etc.).
ECCnet Recall has the ability to send automated reminders to Receivers to help expedite an action. Moving forward, Initiators and Distributors of recalls will be able to customize the notification reminder schedule for their target audience.
