Different business processes require different levels of data quality, and industry provides this direction when new industry solutions are created.

Step 1

  • When logging into eCommerce Content, you will be presented with a screen asking you to download the authenticator App.
  • In your Google Play Store or Apple App Store, search for “Auth0 Guardian”, then download and open the App.
  • Once the App has been downloaded, go back to the login window and click ‘I’ve already downloaded it’ to proceed.

NOTE: This App is free to download from the Google Play store or the Apple Apps store and will only take up a small amount of space on your phone.

The App does not permit access to any other information on your phone and is used solely to generate a unique code for you to access The Vault – eCommerce.

Step 2

  • You will see a QR code. You need to scan this code to link your mobile device to your account.
  • Open the App on your phone and click the plus sign in the orange circle to add a new account and open the QR reader.
  • Scan the QR code.
  • Once you’ve scanned the QR code, you will be presented with a unique recovery code.

NOTE: If for any reason you are locked out of your phone, or unable to access your phone, you will need this recovery code to log into eCommerce Content. Make sure to record this code somewhere safe.

Step 3

  • Safely record the recovery code and confirm that you’ve done so.
  • You will be presented with a screen to confirm that a notification has been sent to your mobile device.
  • To validate the authorization for 30 days, select the ‘Remember this browser’

NOTE: You will need to authenticate once every 30 days, however you would only need to repeat steps 3 & 4.

Step 4

  • When prompted, please confirm the validation by clicking ‘Allow’ on your web browser.
  • Once your login has been verified you will be logged into your account.

  • Once the App has been downloaded, go back to the login window and click ‘I’ve already downloaded it’ to proceed.

  • When logging into The Vault – eCommerce, you will see a QR code. You need to scan this code to link your mobile device to your account.
  • Open the Google Authenticator App on your phone and select 'scan a bar-code'.
  • Scan the QR code.
  • Once you’ve scanned the QR code, you will be presented with a unique recovery code.

NOTE: If for any reason you are locked out of your phone, or unable to access your phone, you will need this recovery code to log into you’re the Vault eCommerce. Make sure to record this code somewhere safe.

Step 3

  • Safely record the recovery code.
  • Tick the box to confirm that you’ve recorded the recovery coded to proceed.

Step 4

  • Once you’ve proceeded you will be presented with a 6-digit pin number.
  • Enter pin in the pass-code field on The Vault – eCommerce login screen to gain access.
  • To validate the authorization for 30 days, select the ‘Remember this browser’

NOTE: Linking the Google Authenticator App to The Vault eCommerce will only need to be completed once. However, you will need to authenticate every 30 days by repeating only step 4.

To obtain a new code simply open your Google Authenticator App, and under 'Brandbank' use the latest code that has been generated for you. The App generates a new code every 30 seconds.
