Welcome to the Multi-Factor Authentication Instructions Page

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an added layer of security that verifies a user’s identity by requiring multiple credentials. Rather than just asking for a username and password, MFA requires additional authenticating credentials, such as a code from the user’s smartphone.

Please choose one of the two authenticator options below and follow the required steps to configure the Multi-Factor Authentication and access eCommerce Content (formerly the Vault eCommerce). This process is a requirement for all users and shouldn’t take longer than a few minutes.
